Can I ask what is the best solution for lower back pain? Every morning I woke up, I always felt a lower back pain. The only thing that I know to cure it is to go to the spa. I didn't take any medicines. I'm just relaxing my self in the spa. Is there any remedies that is not so cosy for my budget?
